Refund policy

Every Mood & Mischief item is printed just for you when you order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, defective or misprinted items: if your order arrives damaged, has a printing error, or isn't what you ordered, we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. You don't need to send the item back.

Lost packages: if tracking shows your order as lost or it never arrives, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund.

Cancellations: contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to cancel or change your order. After that, it may already be in production.
