Shipping policy

Made to order
Every Mood and Mischief item is printed just for you after you order, by our print partner in the USA. Because each piece is made to order, please allow 2–5 business days for production.

Delivery times (United States)
After production, most US orders arrive in about 3–7 business days. Altogether, plan on roughly 1–2 weeks from order to doorstep. Holiday weeks can add a few days, so order early for Christmas.

Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your items and address. You will see the exact price before you pay.

International orders
We ship to select countries. Rates and estimated times are shown at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Problems with your order
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, email us at Renewandroot.DS@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a free replacement or a refund. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, since packages returned due to an incorrect address may need to be reshipped at the buyer's cost.
